MLA Cruises to 6-1 Win

The Moose Lake Area girls hockey team built an early lead and cruised to a 6-1 easy win over the Webster, Wisconsin Blizzard on Thursday night in Grantsburg, Wisconsin.

Six different players scored for the Rebels, who out shot the Blizzard 35-19. Scoring for the Rebels were Abby Lattu, Maggie Unzen, Jackie Granfors, Erin Mollberg, Shannon Wilson and Georgia Ryan. Unzen, Wilson, Mollberg, Kim Ergen and Granfors all ended the night with a pair of points.

Kaitlyn Greene finished with 15 saves on 16 shots for the Rebels and Cassie White played 13 minutes for the Rebels and finished with 3 saves on 3 shots.
