Rebels Bounce Past Cromwell

The Moose Lake-Willow River Rebels picked up a big home win on Friday night as the Rebels knocked off Cromwell by a score of 77-57 at Moose Lake High School.

The Rebels used a balanced scoring attack Friday night as they had four players in double figures and they hit on 10 three points in the 20 point victory.

Brad Fossum led the Rebels with 23 points overall, Matt mach chipped in with 16 including three 3-pointers, Charlie Adamczak also connected for 16 points and it was Trenton Autio who ended with 12 points all coming on three pointers.

Hunter Rauvola and Austin Pfisthner each scored 14 points for Cromwell in the loss Friday night with Rauvola connecting on four three pointers himself. Zion Smith added 10 points and Brandon Fairbanks finished with 9 for the Cards.

The Rebels move to 6-4 and the will host Mora on Tuesday night at home. The Cardinals fall to 1-9 and they will host McGregor in a Polar League match-up Tuesday night.
