RaRa Jones scored 20 first half points en route to a game high of 23 points to lead the Lumberjacks to this non conference win at home on Friday night. Travis Whiting had 15 in the loss for the Giants.

Barnum 53 McGregor 51

Jake Naslund hit the game winning shot with 3.4 seconds remaining to give the Bombers the Polar League win at home Friday night. Bobby Minkkinen led the Bombers with 15 points on the night, while Zerek Marsyla led McGregor with 13.

Chisholm 69 AlBrook 47

Adam Vake and Tyler Simonson combined for 24 points as the Bluestreaks downed the Falcons Friday night at AlBrook. The Bluestreaks led by 11 at half and went on to the 22 point victory. Peter Martin led AlBrook with 15 points.

Duluth Central 72 Hermantown 60

Duluth Central built a six point lead at half time and went on to win by 12 in the Lake Superior Conference match up. Darcell Williams scored a game high of 27 points for Central. Colton Zacharias led Hermantown with 20.

Cromwell 69 Two Harbors 36

Cromwell built a huge nineteen point lead at half time and never looked back, cruising to the Polar League win at home Friday night. Cody Smith scored 18 points and Mike Hedin added 12 in the Cardinal win.

ML-WR 70 Esko 58

Moose Lake-Willow River withstood a late run by Esko to take a firm hold on the Polar League Conference. The Rebels had three players in double figures, those of which were led by Austin Jacobson with 17 points. Jake Stainbrook of Esko led all scorers with 27.

Silver Bay 60 Wrenshall 54

Silver Bay built an eight point halftime lead and held on to win by six points Friday night in Wrenshall. The Mariners were led by Kyle Blood, who scored 15 points in the win. Bryce Schmidt scored 15 points for Wrenshall.

Cook 74 AlBrook 61


The AlBrook Falcons lost their seventh straight game Friday night to Cook by seven points. The Little Gophers now have won 7 of their last 8 games as they win this St. Louis County Conference game at home.
