CEC Falls To Cambridge-Isanti 3-1

A two-goal third period helped to lift the Cambridge-Isanti Blue Jackets to a 3-1 win over Cloquet-Esko-Carlton in boys hockey on Tuesday night.

C-I took a 1-0 lead in the first period at 14:33 on a goal by Josh Klingseisen.Things stayed that way until 10:01 of the third when Jerid Adamson scored to make it 2-0. C-I went up 3-0 when Peter Johnson scored at 11:37, but CEC cut the lead to 3-1 when Adam Hanson scored. However, it was too little too late for the Jacks.

Both teams went 0-4 on the power play.
