Agates shut out Rails

Proctor and Two Harbors went head-to-head in girls high school soccer on Thursday night and neither team could find an edge until late in the game when the Agates finally got the break they were looking for to sneak out a 1-0 win over the Rails.

After playing scoreless soccer for 76 minutes the Agates were the recipients of a penalty kick and Hailey Johnson delivered the goal giving Two Harbors a 1-0 win.

The Agates also got a stellar game in the nets from Sam Dewey who made 12 saves on 12 shots to get the shut out, while Madison Baker made seven saves for the Rails.
