AlBrook Volleyball Beats LCA, Evens Record At 2-2

After losing their first two matches of the season the AlBrook Falcons have rebounded to pick up back-to-back wins in volleyball. After beating Mesabi East last week, they came back to take a 3-0 win over Lakeview Christian Academy on Thursday night.

The Falcons beat Lakeview Christian Academy with scores of
25-16, 25-23 and 26-24 to improve their record to 2-2. Abby Otis led the offensive attack for AlBrook with nine kills and five blocks, while Chelsea Hendrickson added 19 set assists. The Falcons also got solid production from Kylene Fremling with seven kills and Tayla Luczak recorded six ace serves.

AlBrook will be looking to get on the plus side of .500 when they travel to Silver Bay on Monday to take on the Mariners.
