Proctor Nets 3-1 Home Win Over Two Harbors

The Proctor Rails picked up a big win in Lake Superior Conference play on Monday night with a 3-1 decision over the Two Harbors Agates. The Rails won 25-12, 24-26, 25-18 and 25-15 in Proctor.

Holly Stanaway finished with a big night for the Rails by providing eight kills, eight digs and eight ace serves. Katy Anderson also had a stellar evening with eight digs, six kills and three ace serves.


Joining the offensive stars for the Rails were Gina Palmi who recorded eight digs, five kills and three ace serves and Miranda Riddle who ran the offense smoothly by providing 17 set assists.

Kristy Karanen had three blocks, eight digs and eight kills for the Agates, while Mia Minkinen finished with 14 digs and Lydia Crockel was strong in the back row with 20 digs.


Proctor will be back in action on Thursday when they travel to Hermantown to take on the Hawks.
