Esko Gets 59-31 Road Win Over Two Harbors

Savannah Trapp scored a game-high 17 points and the Esko girls easily downed Two Harbors 59-31 on Thursday night in high school basketball.

With Trapp leading the way the Eskomos edged out to 32-15 halftime lead and were never threatened by the Agates who were led in scoring by Steph McGregor who had 11 points.

Bailey Mudek added 10 points for Esko, it was nine for Kallyn Knutson with nine points, Marisa Shady and Megan Reuer finished with seven points each, Steph Bandelin added four points, both Erika Shady and Ashley Bergerson had two points and Kailee Katt had a single point.

Not only did Trapp dominate the inside for Esko, but the Eskomos also hit four 3-pointers to none for the Agates. The Eskomos also got a 10 rebound effort from Bandelin, seven steals from Marisa Shady and Knutson chipped in with seven assists to help ignite the offense.

The Eskomos are now 14-1 on the season with their only loss to #1 Braham in a close game earlier this season.
