Former CEC Standout Signs Two Year Pro Deal

Former Cloquet-Esko-Carlton defenseman Clay Wilson has signed a contract to play for the Calgary Flames. The two-year deal is worth $525,000 per year.

Last season Wilson played in the Florida Panthers organization where he played 66 games for Rochester in the American Hockey League (AHL) and he played 15 games for Florida in the NHL.

Prior to playing for Florida Wilson spent time with both Columbus and Atlanta.

The 28 year old is a native of Sturgeon Lake, Minnesota.
