Hawks Belt Out 15-2 Win Over Two Harbors

The bats were booming for the Hermantown Hawks on Tuesday in a 15-2 thumping of the Two Harbors Agates. As much as the Hawks bats were pounding out base hit, after base hit, the pitching of Hermantown’s Jared Thomas kept the Agates in check and the Hawks came away with an impressive Lake Superior Conference victory.

Thomas did his part on the mound by allowing just two earned runs, striking out three and walking two, while also pounding out a pair of hits including a double and he also scored two runs.

Mike Robertson aided the Hawks cause with a pair of hits and four RBIs, and Connor Lucas also had two hits and scored two runs.
