The Cloquet Lumberjacks swept the Proctor Rails Tuesday night in Lake Superior Conference volleyball action Tuesday night in Proctor by the scores of 25-10, 25-12, and 25-17.

Kassidy Steen paced the Lumberjacks with 10 kills, Hazel Ericson added 5 kills and 5 set assists, Callie Holm had 16 digs and Sami Westendorf finished with 15 set assists, 9 digs, and she also had 3 ace serves.

The Rails Kyla Merrill had 5 kills, 6 digs, and 3 blocks, while it was Taylor Larson adding 10 digs, and Marissa Larson ended with 10 set assists and she also had 3 ace serves.

The Lumberjacks with the victory improve to 16-4 on the season and they have won 11 of their last 12 matches. Cloquet will face the Superior Spartans Thursday night in Superior.

The Rails fall to 7-13 and they will play at Duluth Marshall on Thursday night.
