The Esko Eskomos baseball team spit two games to get the runner-up honors while hosting their annual Esko Baseball Tournament.

The Eskomos started out the day with an impressive 7-0 opening win against Warroad, the team that has won the tournament for the last several years.

In the championship game against Duluth Central, the Eskomos struggled to adjust to the strike zone, using a total of four pitchers. The Eskomos did manage eight hits of their own but it was not enough as they fell to Central by a score of 18-6.
