Gonsorowski & Mudek Named All Tournament

Esko Eskomos junior guard Bailey Mudek and freshman guard Ava Gonsorowksi were named to the 2014 Wells Fargo Girls’ Basketball All Tournament Team in Class AA Saturday in Minneapolis.

Gonsorowski and Mudek were members of the Esko Eskomo team which finished third in the girls state basketball tournament in class AA.

Bailey finished the state tournament with 21 points, including 16 points in the third place game Saturday.

Gonsorowski tallied 25 total points for the state tournament and she connected on 14-18 free throws during the tournament.

Joining Gonsorowski and Mudek on the All Tournament team were:

Carlie Wagner sets the 3-game tournament record for most points with 130.
She set the previous record last year with 129 points. She finishes her
career with 371 points in State Tournament play, also a record.

Howard Lake-WW’s Abby Miller sets a new tournament record for three-pointers
made in a tournament with 16 total.
