ML-WR Volleyball Comes Up Short Against East Central

Moose Lake-Willow River struggled offensively Thursday night in their volleyball game with East Central. EC came away with a 25-14, 25-17 and 25-14 victory over the Rebels.

Sara Diggan helped to lead EC with 8-kills. Janna Jansen added three ace serves, Cailen Ludwig recorded 6-kills to go with 9-digs and Tatum Tengwall recorded 18-digs.

Maddy Adamczak finished with 9-set assists and 14-digs, Sheenagh Caroline recorded 4-kills and 14-digs, while Haley Johnson recorded 10-digs for the Rebels.

With the loss the Rebels are now 1-1 on the early season and will host Floodwood on Tuesday.
