Wrenshall Tops McGregor

The Wrenshall Wrens won their second consecutive game on Friday, beating the McGregor Mercuries 24-14.

Tyler Kelley lead the way for the Wrens, rushing for 206 yards and two touchdowns, which included a 75 yard punt return. Jared Kelley and Phil Vine also found their way into the end zone for the Wrens.

Wrenshall scored a touchdown in every quarter of the game to secure their 2nd win of the season.

The Wrens are now 2-3 on the season and will look extend their winning streak on October 7th when they travel to play the Floodwood Polar Bears. The McGregor Mercs are now 2-3 on the season and will host the South Ridge Panthers on October 7th.
