Braham 81 Esko 58


Rebekah Dahlman scored a game high of 38 points, including hitting 16 of 18 free throws as the Bombers downed the Eskomos in Esko Thursday night. Keely Deadrick led the Eskomos with 20 points in the loss.

Superior 52 Cloquet 48

Betty Jo Nelson scored 12 points to lead Superior. The Spartans overcame a 12-point Lumberjack first half lead to win this Lake Superior Conference contest in Cloquet Thursday night. Katie Pappas led the Lumberjacks with 17 points in the loss.

Carlton 57 McGregor 37

Sarah Aili exploded for 25 points Thursday night as the Bulldogs defeated the hosting Mercuries in this Polar League matchup. Carlton outscored McGregor by 16 points in the second half to win this one by 20. Hope Sorenson finished with 11 points for McGregor.

Floodwood 111 Wrenshall 14

Alissa Autio led thirteen Polar Bears scorers as Floodwood defeated the Wrens at home in this Polar League contest Thursday night. Autio finished with a game high of 25 points for Floodwood. Christina Laveau paced the Wrens with 8 points in the loss.

Hermantown 53 East 52

Jessica Love scored 27 points Thursday night as the Hermantown Hawks ended a five game losing streak and beat the Greyhounds by one point. Macie Dorow led the Greyhounds with 15 points on the night.

MLWR 55 Cromwell 51


The Moose Lake-Willow River Rebels continue to roll in girls basketball, now winning three straight games with this Polar League win at Cromwell. Natasha Dragicevich scored 23 points to lead the Rebels, while Tayah Johnson finished with 13 for Cromwell.

Cotton 51 AlBrook 40

The Cotton Cardinals pulled away from a one-point first half lead Thursday to down the Falcons by eleven at home. Kristin Lahti led the Cardinals with 15 points on the night. Kendra Dahlman led all scorers with 17 for AlBrook.
