Proctor derails Lakeview Christian

It was an exciting win for the Proctor Rails and they would come from behind and grab the win on a buzzer beating three point shot from Jordan Bergquist to propel them to the 72-70 victory.

The Lakeview Christian Academy Lions would have the 35-28 lead at the half, but the Proctor Rails would come storming back to outscore the Lions 44-35 in the 2nd half to grab the victory in the afternoon thriller.

In the victory for the Rails, Henry Habermann would lead the way in the box score, tallying 25 points on the afternoon. Travis Carlson would respectively have 17 points and Jordan Bergquist would also hit double digits with 13 points. Cody Stafford added 8 in the win, Bryden Urie scored 7, and Chase Urie rounded it out with 2 points,

In the loss for the Lions, Bjorn Broman would lead all scorers with an impressive 44 points. Josh Emerson would add 7 points, Marc Chiu and Ben Erickson both had 5, Mike Klun punched in 4 points, Josh Klun added 3, and Alec Johnson topped it off with 2 points.

With the win for the Rails, they improve to 2-3 on the season and will be back into action when they take on the MLWR Rebels (2-2) on Tuesday, December 17th. The LCA Lions fell to 0-5 with the loss and will search for their first victory when they play the Carlton Bulldogs (0-4) at UWS on Tuesday, December 17th.
