The Bombers, playing without senior standout Katrina Newman, easily cruised to the twenty-eight point win at home Monday night. Barnum’s Sarah Myhre came up big, leading all scorers with 20 points.
Jessica Newman added 15 and Jenna Zmyslony added 12 in the Barnum win. Mia Rauvola led the Polar Bears with 16 on the night.

Esko 92 Wrenshall 24

The Esko Eskomos rolled to the huge win at home Monday night as they topped the Wrens in a Polar League match-up. Alyson Glumac led all scores on the night with 17 points, Keely Deadrick added 16 in the win and Katie Tonner finished with 14. Maria Burcar led the Wrens in scoring on the night with 13 points.

Boys Basketball

AlBrook 76 MIB 59

The AlBrook Falcons won their third straight game Monday night as they beat the hosting Mountain Iron-Buhl Rangers by seventeen points. Kolten Karppinen and Peter Smith both finished with a game high of twenty-four points on the night. Bryce Karppinen was the third Falcon with more than twenty points, ending with 21 points in the game.
