Hawks Soar Past Agates

  The Hermantown Hawks soared in the the Second Round of the Section 7AA girls volleyball playoffs with an easy 3-0 victory over the Two Harbors Agates.  The Hawks won by scores of; 25-14, 25-8 and 25-6.

Emily Neumann ran the Hawks offense with efficiency and precision by recording 31-set assists and Hailey Menzel provided the power with 13 kills.

Also helping the Hawks to the victory was Courtney Kaneski with six digs.

Lane Schraufnagel provided the Agates with a solid game in the back row with eight digs and two ace serves and Claire Hoffert had 11 digs.

Hermantown will play on Friday against International Falls in Proctor
