The Floodwood Polar Bears shrugged off last week’s loss to Esko by pounding Wrenshall 102-20 on Monday night. Led by the 24 points of Hailey Clark and the 22 points of Molly Johnsen, the Polar Bears rolled to an easy win.

Leading by 67-8 at halftime, there was little doubt that the Polar Bears would be headed for a victory. The question was would they hit the century mark by the end of the game and that is exactly what happened.

Brea Durovec chipped in with 14 points while Sammy Johnson and Maija Rauvola both added 12 points for Floodwood. Also scoring for Floodwood was Emily Tamminen with eight points and Brea Vance with two points.

Maria Burcar led the Wrens with a 14 point effort, while Natalie Peaney recorded four points and Sydney Ellerbe added two points.
