Rebels Victorious Over Eagles

The Moose Lake Willow River Rebels won 3 games to 1 over the East Central Eagles Monday night on the road. The win improved the Rebels record to 10-5 over all.

The Rebels wasted no time in game 1 as they sprinted to a quick victory by the score of 25-12. The Eagles responded with a strong game of their own winning 25-16.

The Rebels would not be denied however as the won the next 2 games by scores of 25-17 and 25-18 over the Eagles.

Karina Cisar and Adri Jusczak led MLWR with 9 kills each. Adri also had 4 blocks. Jolene Eaton pitched in with 9 digs.

Both teams are back in action Tuesday as the Rebels face Cook County at home and East Central travels to Onamia.
