Kayla Baker pounded home a pair of goals and the Cloquet-Carlton girls soccer team downed Two Harbors 4-0 on Thursday night.

The first goal of the game was scored by Baker in the 36th minute of the game with Alyssa Lamirande providing the assist.  Baker’s goal was the only goal of the first half.

The Lumberjacks stormed the Agates in the second half and knocked in three more goals with the first coming from Baker in the 37th minute. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the 59th minute the Jacks went ahead 3-0 when Rachel Hammond picked up a goal on an assist from Anna Fossen.

 

 

 

 

  The Jacks ended the scoring when Maija Doran scored in the 71st minute with an assist from Grace Sinisalo.

C-C put 13 shots on Agate goalie Samantha Dewey who finished with nine saves.  Ali Chalberg recorded five saves in preserving the shut out for the Jacks.
