The Barnum Bombers began their volleyball season hosting the Tigers of Rush City, August 27th.  The Bombers, led by new head coach Brooke Anderson, would force the Tigers to play 5 games.

In the first game, Bomber’s Megan Nelson would jump the Bombers out to an early lead with several unanswered serves. The Tigers would regroup and begin to close the gap, but with MJ Anderson, Peyton Bushey, Olivia Angell, and Daron Mainville all taking there turns to defend the net, the Tigers would find it hard to push the ball through. The Bombers would take the first game 25-17.
