Amanda Bergstedt had the offensive game of a lifetime, helping the Esko-Carlton girls’ soccer team pull off a 6-1 romp over the Duluth Central Trojans on Tuesday afternoon.

For the record, Bergstedt finished with five points including four goals and an assist. The Eskomos first goal of the game was recorded by Tess Mattson with Bergstedt assisting.
Before the first half ended, Bergstedt had thumped in three goals with Sarah Gustafson adding another for E-C.

Bergstedt scored the lone goal of the second half for the Eskomos who are now 6-3-1 on the season.

Kelsey Mudek, Katie Marquis (2) and Gustafson all picked up assists in the win that saw E-C continue a mid-season dominance in which they have outscored their opponents 22-2 in the last three games.

Esko-Carlton will be back in action on Thursday at 4:30pm when they host Duluth Marshall.
