The Esko Eskomos kicked the volleyball season into high gear this week with a 3-1 win over the Northwestern Wildcats. Esko captured the match by scores of 25-9, 20-25, 25-15 and 25-13.

Despite faltering in the second game, the Eskomos were dominant at the net and didn’t allow the Wildcats much of a chance to get their offense started.

Leading the Esko charge was Keely Deadrick, who handled the offense flawlessly to the tune of 25 set assists and for added measure she chipped in with 6 kills.

Kayla Handevidt pounded down 8 kills, added 7 blocks and 5 ace serves as she manhandled the front line of the Wildcats.
