LSC Announces All-Conference Baseball Selections

As the regular season for high school baseball winds down, the Lake Superior Conference has announced their All-Conference selections and the first team is composed of four players from conference champion Hermantown.

Jared Thomas, Mike Robertson, Kevin Stocke and Kevin Folman, of the Hawks, lead the First Team. Joining the four Hermantown players were; Cloquet’s Adam Hanson, Denfeld players Phil Oswald and Carter Bagley, Jake Lewis of Proctor and Ashland’s Luke Harnisch.

The 2nd Team features three players from Superior and included in that group were; Spencer Severson, Grant Rindal and Nik Mattson. Ben Nelson and Jim Merling from Proctor were also on the team as were Derek Anderson of Cloquet, Neal Pionk of Hermantown, Jarrod Amundson of Denfeld, and Marshall’s Doug Lewis.

Honorable mention players included two players from Cloquet, Marshall and Denfeld. From Cloquet were Jason Kadelbach and Taylor Blundell. From Denfeld the two players were; Derrick Meger and Dylan Rocklin and from Marshall it was Anthony Cotter and Zach Isaacson.
