The Hermantown Hawks baseball team is now 12-0 after a 5-1 win over Duluth East on Wednesday afternoon i
n Hermantown. Kevin Stocke pitched a three-hitter to lead his squad to the win against the Greyhounds.

A four-run third inning helped key the win for Hermantown against East starter Darrin Zwak. Only one of the four runs was earned off Zwak, but the Greyhound defense made a crucial error that helped Hermantown gain the lead that they would never relinquish.

Stocke allowed just four hits and fanned six in notching the win, while Zwak gave up seven hits and struck out one. For the season Stocke has allowed only one earned run in his 38 2/3 innings of work.
