Cloquet Boys Come Up Short In Bemidji

Cody Rutledge led a trio of players in double figure scoring and the Bemidji Lumberjacks defeated the Cloquet Lumberjacks in Bemidji 74-57 on Thursday night.

With 25 points Rutledge was the leading scorer in the game, while JC Cervenka added 18 and Mitch Brown scored 12 points for Bemidji.

Cloquet was led by the steady hand of Adam Laine who recorded 15 points, while Dillon Johnson finished with 12 points and Zach Peterson added 10 points. Nate Weets scored nine for Cloquet, Trent Moe added six and it was five points for Erik Swanson.

Cloquet actually led the game at halftime, but an early burst in the second half helped Bemidji outscore Cloquet 48-27 in the second stanza.
