Lady Bulldogs top Southridge

The Section 7A to seed Carlton Bulldogs improved to 26-2 Friday night with a three set sweep of Polar League rival to advance to the section 7A semi finals next Wednesday in Hibbing.

The three set win saw Carlton with the first set victory at 25-14, the second set was a 25-8 win, and in the third and final set the Bulldogs came away with a 25-21 win.

The fourth ranked Bulldogs will meet Ely next Wednesday at 5:15. The Timberwolves defeated Cherry 3-1 in their quarterfinal battle Friday night.
