Barnum rebounded from a loss to Isle right before the Christmas break with a Tuesday night 70-25 victory over Two Harbors.

The Bombers had four players in double figure scoring led by the 22 points of Daron Mainville, the 16 points of Claire Rodgers, 14 of Claudia Turner and 11 from Katie Myhre.

There was little doubt from the start that the Bombers were the superior team. By halftime the Bombers had built a 43-12 lead and outscored the Agates 27-13 in the second half.

Cheyenne Johnson added three points for Barnum, Caitlan Rodgers finished with a point and Jaelyn Bushey had a pair of points.

Barnum is now 7-2 on the season and started a new home game winning streak in convincing fashion. On December 22nd the Bombers had lost to Isle at home 78-63, which was the first home loss since a four point 62-58 loss to Sebeka on January 9 of the 2009-2010 season, a streak that spanned nearly two years.

Leading the Agates was Kaley Peterson with 15 points and Lacey Myrdal who had eight points.
