Superiors Stariha Throws Perfect Game

The Superior Spartans faced off with Menomonie on Thursday night in a game that will be remembered by many as Mady Stariha threw a perfect game for the Spartans in a 10-0 win.

Stariha also helped her cause at the plate, going 2-4 with a double and home run. She also drove in five runs. Teammate Elise DeGraef went 3-4 with a double and home run, driving in three runs, while Chesie McLaughlin also hit a home run, driving in three runs.

The Spartans improved to 8-1 with the win. They will look to continue their winning streak on May 3rd when they play Wauseu West.
