UWS Announces Summer Basketball Camps

The University of Wisconsin Superior announced summer basketball camps for girls of all ages to attend. There are camps for girls that are entering the 1st grade all the way up to those entering 12th grade. There is also a team camp available for teams to practice and play in a summer league.

Donald Mulhern, head girls basketball coach at UWS, told Northland Sports Online that the camps focus will be on the fundamentals of passing, shooting, ball handling and more. Mulhern and his coaching staff along with players on the current UWS roster will all be part of the camps.

The camps, starting the end of June, are broken into two categories–one
for the
age group of
1st through 6th grade, and the second for 7th through 12th grade. Every player attending camp will receive a t-shirt and a UWS Yellowjacket Basketball.
