The Cloquet Lumberjacks remained unbeaten on Friday night, blanking the Duluth East Greyhounds by a score of 20-0.

The Lumberjacks and Greyhounds went into halftime with a scoreless game, but Cloquet’s Spencer Wehr changed that in the third quarter with a 10 yard scamper to move the Lumberjacks up 7-0. Tim Pokornowski would seal the deal for the Lumberjacks, scoring twice from 9 yards and 10 yards out respectively, giving the Jacks the 20-0 victory.

Cloquet is now 7-0 on the season and will look to finish the regular season unbeaten when they travel to play the Hermantown Hawks. Duluth East dropped to 4-3 on the season with the loss and will look to win their season finale in Hibbing.
