O’Connors Hat Trick Leads Rails over Rebels

Evan O’Connor’s hat trick Saturday afternoon gave the Proctor Rails a 8-2 win over the Moose Lake Area Rebels in boys hockey action at Riverside Arena in Moose Lake.

O’Connor scored in each period as the Rails onslaught included 41 shots on goal.

Jarek Nordquist, Reid Mornin, Josh Hemming, Jordan Linder and Zach Gunderson all scored for the Rails in the win, and Lucas Nordquist got the win in the nets for the Rails.

Jordan Fjosene and Mike Knezevich scored the Rebels goals int he loss. Danny Whited stopped 33 shots in the loss.
