Fond du Lac Streaks Past Carlton

The Fond du Lac Ogichida hosted the Carlton Bulldogs on Tuesday night, upending them 104-79 to win their 4th consecutive game.

The Ogichida held a 44-28 advantage when the halftime buzzer sounded. The continued to keep the gas pedal down as they outscored the Bulldogs 60-52 in the second half to secure the 25 point victory.

Justin Brown led the way for Fond du Lac, scoring a game high 35 points in the win. Lester Williamson followed with 21 points, River Heitala notched 18, Evan Butcher contributed 16, and Nakyle Misquadace hit double figures with 10. Uriah Aubid rounded out the scoring in the win with 4 points.

Tyler Ojibway had a team high 23 points for the Bulldogs in the loss. Jackson Mickle added 12, while Eric Soderstrom and Matt Hey notched 11 and 10 points respectively. Also scoring for the Bulldogs was Sam Macor with 9, Efren Morales-Cruz with 6, Waylon Lekander added 5, and Ben Soderstrom rounded it out with 3.

The Ogichida improve to 9-9 on the season and will look to extend their winning streak to 5 when they travel to take on Christo Rey Jesuit on January 29th. The Bulldogs drop to 7-12 and will look to bounce back on January 29th when they travel to play South Ridge.
