The Duluth East Greyhounds have dropped their 6th consecutive game of the season, and 20th straight, dating back to the 2012 season. This time their loss came at the hands of St. Michael-Albertville by a score of 64-0.

East surrendered 35 points in the 1st quarters to STMA. The Greyhounds also allowed a whopping 351 yards on the ground to the Knights in the Mississippi 8 conference game. Duluth East also allowed 8 rushing touchdowns in the loss, and surrendered a punt return which got the scoring kicked off for the Knights.

Duluth East will seek to end their 20 game losing streak when they play their rivals, the Duluth Denfeld Hunters (0-6), on October 10th at home. This could be the final time these two teams play, and the Greyhound look to make it a memorable one.
