The Moose Lake-Willow River Rebels girls volleyball team picked up their 13th win of the season Thursday night as the Rebels swept Polar League Rival Barnum in three straight at Barnum High School.

The Rebels won the first game of the match 25-12, that was followed by a 25-9, victory in the second match, and int he third match of the set the Rebels pulled away with a 25-11 win.

Karina Cisar finished with 8 Kills and 4 ace serves in the victory, Adri Jusczak added 6 kills and 5 set assists, Lauren Ross had 16 set assists and 6 ace serves an d 6 digs.

The Bombers were led by Peyton Bushey who had 9 digs and 1 block. Alyssa Hunter had 4 kills and 2 blocks, and it was Brittany Baier who added 7 set assists in the loss.

Th Rebels with the win improve to 13-3 and they will host East Central on Monday night. The Bombers fall to 1-11 on the season and they host McGregor on Tuesday night.
