NSO area basketball recap for Friday December 3.

ML-WR 50 Proctor 44 O.T.

Maddy Adamczak scored 26 points including 4 of her teams 6 points in overtime as the Rebels defeated the Rails in a matchup of two Section 7AA teams. The game was tied 24-24 at halftime and 44-44 at the end of regulation. Aubrey Knox led Proctor with 11 points.

Hermantown 54 Duluth Central 53

Rachel Hoium scored 22 points including two 3-pointers as the Hawks hold on to defeat the Trojans at home Friday night. Carmen Bergstedt added 13 points on the night and added three 3-pointers in the win. Leah Hamm scored 18 points in the loss for Central.

Barnum 96 Onamia 15

The Bombers won their second straight road game to start the season. Jessica Newman poured in 30 points and Katie Myhre added 21 points hitting five three pointers as the Bombers won on the road Friday night. Freshman Jaiden Cofield finished with 16 points and Claire Rodgers finished with 14.
