Notice has been served that the South Ridge Panthers will be a team to be reckoned with after their 3-2 win over always tough Esko on Thursday night.

Mikayla Olesiak ran the offense to near perfection for the Panthers and in doing so notched 35 set assists as South Ridge won by scores of; 25-18, 23-25, 25-12, 23-25 and 15-9.

Also leading the Panthers was Justice Janke who smashed 16-kills, she added 17-digs as well as five ace serves and four blocks. Lindsey Janke also did her part with 13-kills and 10-digs and Krystal Karppinen recorded 16-digs in the back row.

Esko got a 33-set assist performance from Gianna Jubie and 17-kills from Molly Trapp. Judy Wagemaker chipped in with 13-digs and Mary Pelletier recorded 11-digs for the Eskomos.
