Last week the AlBrook volleyball team picked up one of their most significant wins in school history when they beat Cook in a 5-game set. On Tuesday night the Falcons added another solid win when they ripped Tower-Soudan in a 3-0 match.

Riding the power of Kourtney Karppinen and Kendra Dahlman at the net the Falcons trounced the Golden Eagles by scores of 25-17, 25-7 and 25-18.

Alyssa Johnson guided the Falcons offense nearly flawlessly by providing perfect sets. In all Johnson notched 23-set assists in the match.

Karppinen also picked up 8-ace serves to help the cause along with 100% serving, while Dahlman added 6-blocks to help stuff the Golden Eagles net attack.

With the win the Falcons improved to 2-1 on the season.
