Polar League Girls Basketball All Conference Team

The Polar League conference released their All Conference teams for girls basketball.

McGregor’s Abby Hawkinson was named the Conference MVP for the season after leading the Mercuries to a 23-5 record.

The All Conference 1st team consisted of Adri Jusczak from MLWR, Cromewell’s Allie Cahoon, Barnum’s Daron Mainville, Megan Aho from Floodwood, and Lane Schraufnagel representing Two Harbors.

The 2nd team was Breana Peterson from Cook County, McGregor’s Amy Gelhar, Ava Gonsorowski and Ashley Bergerson from Esko, and Lauren Hultgren from Barnum.

Judy Wagemaker, Bailey Mudek, and Erika Shady from Esko, Kayla Radel and Hailey Johnson from MLWR, McGregor’s Kendra Mickelson and Korinna Mickelson, Lily Gruber-Schulz from Cook County, Floodwood’s Stacey Larva, and Emily Miletich from Barnum all were honorable mentions.
