Turnovers would be a killer on the evening as the Lady Jacks would be down by 21 points at half. But they would fight back to get within 3 with just a minute to go but wouldn’t be able to capitalize as the Thunderhawks would squeak out the 59-53 victory.

The Jacks would be lead by Cofield who notched 21 points in the loss. The Jacks would also get a nice performance from Kassidy Steen who pitched in 10. Grand Rapids Taylor Kane had a game high 33 points in the win.

The Jacks falls to 13-8 on the year and will look to bounce back when they play the Duluth East Greyhounds (6-15) on the road on February 18th. Grand Rapids improved to 15-6 with the win.
