The Proctor-Hermantown Mirage edged the Cloquet-Esko-Carlton Lumberjacks on Monday, winning the match-up 2-1.

All of the scoring would happen in the first period of the game. Proctor-Hermantown would get on the scoreboard first as Reilly Fawcett netted one off a pass from Sophie McGovern to give them the 1-0 lead at the 10 minute mark of the 1st period.

In the goals for both teams, C-E-C’s Stacy Nelson stopped 13 shots while Proctor-Hermantown’s Kylie Hommerding blocked 24.
