Hunters and Jacks Skate to Tie

  A power play goal midway through the third period by Christian Pritchett proved to be just enough for the Cloquet-Esko-Carlton boys hockey team to preserve a tie with the Denfeld Hunters. 

Pritchett’s goal came at 7:52 on the power play and the tally managed to give the Jacks a 1-1 tie with the Hunters.

Denfeld took a 1-0 lead in the first period on a goal by Tre Opack with Steve Maciver and Reid Lemken adding assists. Opack’s goal came at the 13:22 mark of the opening period.

The Hunters tossed 20 shots on CEC goalie Zack Strom, while CEC pumped 29 shots on River Alander the Hunter goaltender
