Bluestreaks best Wrens

The Chisholm Bluestreaks picked up their second win of the season Tuesday night as the Bluestreaks knocked off the Wrenshall Wrens 48-31 at Wrenshall High School.

Jenny Casey scored 13 points to lead the Bluestreaks to the victory, as Chisholm built up a 31-12 halftime lead, and went on to the 17 point win.

Delaney Kittle led the Wrens Tuesday night as she finished with 12 points on the night, Shana Laveau added 8, Cassie Wimmer chipped in with 6 and Brianna Brim and Bridget O’Brien each had 2 points.

Katie Buria hit two 3-pointers as she finished with 12 points for Chisholm, Tori Marturano added 10 points and it was Tori Anderson and Sydney Ketelboeter each with 4 points.

Chisholm moves to 2-2 on the season and they will be back in action again on Monday December 16th when they will take on Northeast Range in Babbitt.

Wrenshall falls to 0-3 on the season, and the Wrens will face Carlton on Thursday night in Carlton.
