Proctor Readies for State Semis

Sec 7 Proctor (9-2) vs. Sec 4 St. Croix Lutheran (9-2)

2:00 p.m. Sat. Nov 16^th @Metrodome

     Proctor looks to continue their state tournament run with a semifinal match-up against St. Croix Lutheran this Saturday at the Metrodome.  Senior running back Joe Carter has torn up the gridiron this playoff season including 170 yards and a touchdown in their 19-6 win over Pierz last week.  He has a good chance of adding to his big numbers Saturday against a Crusaders team that gave up 329 yards and 4 rushing touchdowns in their 38-35 win over Glendon-Silver Lake last Friday night.

     No. 5 ranked St. Croix Lutheran is making their 3^rd consecutive state tournament appearance including a championship in 2011.  They are led by senior quarter back David Pon
