LSC Boys All-Conference Soccer Team Announced

Ashland, the Lake Superior Conference Boy Soccer Champions, had four players named to the All-Conference 1st Team earlier this week and six players named on the top two teams.

Rob Quinlan, Logan Tamke, Brenton McPeak and Thomas Whiting were all name first team for the Oredockers.

Denfeld had three players named to the first team with James Foldesi, Sergei Hanka and Boston Braack joining the Ashland group.

Marshall’s Joe Fairbanks and Matt Klassen were also named to the team as were; Cloquet-Esko-Carlton’s Eric Peterson and Proctors Fredy Benish.

Second team nominees included; Ashland’s Brian Meyer and Jordan Vittone, CEC’s Brandt Straub and Westin Michaud, Proctor’s Jake Kuno and Wyatt Lindberg, Denfeld’s Zach Braack and Max Tollefson. Grant Sega from Hermantown and Connor Anderson-Petroske of Superior were also name second team.

Honorable mention nominees seniors Thomas Welinski of Marshall and Steve Bradshaw from Denfeld, Hermantown junior Kori Ochs and freshman Logan Kittleson of Superior.
