Panthers Pick Up 3-1 Win Now 10-3 On The Season

Another game and another win for the South Ridge volleyball team. On Monday night the Panthers defeated the Cherry Tigers 3-1 on the road to improve their record to 10-3 on the season. The Panthers won by scores of; 25-19, 26-24, 13-25 and 25-13.

The key to the Panthers winning all season has been total team contributions. Despite being young they are getting incredibly steady performances from the entire group, which has surprised most teams they play this season. Monday night the same formula was used and the recipe for success continued.

Justice Janke finished with eight kills, 14 digs, three ace serves and two blocks. Mikayla Olesiak added nine kills, 19-digs, four ace serves and 100% serving for the Panthers. Callie Thomason added 21-set assists, Krystal Karppinen recorded seven kills, 18-digs and three blocks. Mallory Thibault had 10 digs and three blocks, while Lindsey Janke finished with 11-digs to complete a stellar performance from throughout the Panther line-up.
