Wilderness win Sixth Straight

The Wilderness kept pace atop the Midwest Division with the red-hot Steel as they won their sixth straight game thanks to a 4-1 win in Anchorage on Saturday.

Ben Dardis made 26 saves in the win.

The Wilderness opened up a 3-0 lead with three goals in the 1st period from Daniel Astopovich, Nash Jacobsma, and Oliver Band.

The Wolverines scored to make it 3-1 on a goal from Danny Reis in the 3rd period, but the Wilderness would secure the win with Ashton Dahms’ 8th goal of the season.
