All-Conference selections for the 2011 Lake Superior Conference baseball season were announced and like the regular season it was dominated by the Proctor Rails with three first team selections.

Garnering first team honors were Proctor seniors Tyler Pionk and Justin Scanlon as well as junior pitcher Jake Lewis. Joining them on the list was Cloquet junior Adam Hanson and senior Cody Baker from Hermantown.

Rounding out the first team selections were a pair of senior Spartans, Dylan Ramage and Rob Dembroski as well as Jon Kusch from Duluth Central and Ashland’s Mark Arbuckle.

Second team selections included Alex Oachs and longballer Ryan McCarthy from Proctor, Derek Anderson and Tyler McCauley from Cloquet, Connor Lucas and Jesse Olson of Hermantown, Anthony Cottor and Doug Lewis from Marshall and Tayler Olson representing Superior.

Making the honorable mention list was Hermantown freshman Neal Pionk along with four players from Duluth Central and one from each Superior and Duluth Marshall.
